Step 1: First Contact - Upon initial contact we will record all of the Vital Statistical information either over the telephone, in person, or through our convenient and safe online form. This will allow us to prepare the documentation and continue with the next steps.
Note: Your loved will be received into our care from the hospital, care facility or a residence, as soon as we receive verbal authorization from you.
Step 2: Arrangements Consultation - Our funeral directors will meet with you at the appointed time in the comfort and privacy of your own home to obtain the necessary authorization signatures. For your convenience we accept all major credit cards, cheque or cash.
Step 3: Documentation - Our people will complete all of the legal documentation required by the Province of Alberta before the start of the cremation process.
Step 4: Cremation and return of the cremated remains - After the cremation is completed one of our funeral directors will deliver your loved ones cremated remains to your residence, along with copies of the Funeral Director’s Statement of Death, and a comprehensive AfterCare package.
