Allen is predeceased by his parents, Rose and Sam; brothers, Clarence and Jim; and sister-in-law, Rosanna.
A Celebration of Life will be held on what would have been his 80th birthday, Friday, May 30, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Edmonton Inn (118 Kingsway). Family and friends are invited to gather in memory of a life well lived.
