It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara Jordaan (nee Thomas). She passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 25th after a long battle with Dementia.
She will be remembered by her daughters Vonita (Greg) and Barb (Bradley); her grandchildren Nathan (Brianne) and Julian; her great grandchildren Jayden and Carter; her surviving brother Jeff; along with 11 nieces and nephews in Canada, Cape Town, South Africa and Australia.
We are grateful that she has found peace. We picture her taking her seat at the rummy table, reuniting with her sisters Anne, Leonora, Christina, Muriel, and her brother Neels.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 1st, on what would have been her 85th Birthday. The celebration will take place at 1PM and will be broadcast via Zoom. If you knew Barb and would like to attend via zoom, please contact us at: barbcelebrationoflife@gmail.com

Cremation has taken place at Capital City Cremation in Edmonton.
