Douglas Milton Romeo, aged 74, from Edmonton, Alberta, passed away Aug 2, 2021, after a lengthy illness.
Douglas was born in Mayerthorpe, Alberta on May 11, 1947.
He is survived by one brother, Lloyd (Doreen) Romeo of Kelowna, B.C; two sisters, Rosemary Farnham & Ruth Martin both from Edmonton, Alberta.
He was predeceased by his parents Octavus (Jim) Romeo & Mabel (née Clark); one brother, Stanley Romeo, one sister, Joyce Barclay & three brother-in-laws, Victor Farnham, Jim Martin & George Barclay. He leaves behind a large family & he will be missed by all those who knew him & loved him.
A celebration of life will be held at Lake Romeo, Peavine Hall on Saturday, May 21st at 2 p.m. RR 590 & Hwy 18 with interment to follow at Peavine Cemetery 7020 Twp. Rd. 590.
