It is with unimaginable sadness that the family of Gordon Douglas Massey announces his unexpected passing on May 31, 2023 in Edmonton, Alberta at the age of 65. Born April 26, 1958 in Brockville, Ontario to Clarence Massey and Shirley Thomson, Gordon was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley (Thomson) Massey, father, Clarence Massey, and brother, David Massey. Wayne passed away peacefully on May 27, 2023. He will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his wife, Linda; children, Jeff, Marnie (Troy), Crystal, and Devlon (Sandy); his brother, Brian; sisters-in-law, Maureen and Cecilia; 9 grandchildren and 2 nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Frank and Lydia. His career and retirement was with Trimac Transportation. At Wayne’s request no service will be held.

It is with a sad and heavy heart to announce the passing of Jesse Shearer on May 27, 2023. Jesse was a private man, who enjoyed the simpler things. His love for life will live on through all those he knew. He will be deeply missed by all his family, friends, and those he met along the way. I am grateful for him being my calm in the chaos. Bronwen was born in Yorkshire, UK on January 15th 1940. She died on May 21 2023. During those 83 years she lived a large life full of adventure and laughter. Bronwen and husband, Michael emigrated to Alberta, Canada in 1966 from England with three small children. Through sheer determination and hard work they managed to provide a stable and happy home life for the family. Bronwen and Michael divorced and eventually she married Glen Macdonald and moved to the mainland of BC where she enjoyed sailing on the BC coast with Glen.
