Brenda chose to write her own obituary during her illness, here are her words. Brenda passed away on July 21 at St Joseph’s auxiliary Hospital at the age of 63 after enduring a rare form of cancer, peritoneal. Survived by her Brother Gordon, Nephew Daniel (wife Sarah, Great Nephew Jordon, Great Niece Sierra-who gave the most amazing magic hugs), Nephew Martin (wife Kerie-Lynn, Great Nephews Torsten and Corven). It is with immense love and the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of Terrence Gerard Thorpe, our husband, Dad, Papa, brother, uncle and friend on July 6, 2021 at the Mazankowski Heart Institute, Edmonton AB.
