Peacefully, and surrounded by her family, Karen Violet Weber passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021, at the age of 59 years old. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Dave Weber; her daughters: Michelle Kulusic (Michael), and Amber MacNeill (Chris); Grandchildren: London, Xander, and Keaton; Brother: Lylle Kephart (Jennifer); Sister: Darlene Pilgrim; nieces: Marissa, Jordana, Kristyn, Sammy, and Kim. As well as many friends and family. She was predeceased by her parents; Gordon and Violet Kephart. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Fort Saskatchewan Legion, on Sunday, September 19, at 1pm.

Denise Margaret Snell passed away at home August 5, 2021 at the age of 76 years. She was predeceased by her partner Joe Wilson and her sister Dianne (Lee) Crawley. Denise spent most of her life in Red Deer but in later years moved to Edmonton to be closer to Gaden Samten Ling – Alberta Centre for Peace and Meditation. Denise was kind, generous, witty, stylish, disciplined and aware. As Denise requested, cremation has taken place. A Buddhist meditation and prayers were held August 12 at the Centre.
