With sadness we announce the death of our mother Katherine Anne Bordas (nee Dederer) who passed away on December 23, 2023 in St. Albert, Alberta at the age of 76. Kathy was born in Medicine Hat, Alberta on October 18, 1947. She is survived by her three daughters, Dionne (Philip) Manson, Raylene (Dustin) Hunchak and Hayley (Leigh) Foster; and her aunt Lillian Redford. She was predeceased by her husband of 44 years, Bob Bordas, in 2013. “And I have hope toward God,… that there is going to be a resurrection…” Acts 24:15

Donna Maure (Medford) sadly passed away on December 28, 2023 at her home in Edmonton Alberta at the age or 59. Daughter of Myles and Lily Medford. She was a beautiful person who spread joy and happiness in whoever she met. Donna left behind three sons Ken, Keith and Kelvin who all gave Donna the joy of five grandchildren. She didn’t just leave behind family members, as she treated everyone in her life like family. Donna will be remember for many of her qualities and her love will continue though us all.

It is with great sadness that the family of Darlene Mary King (nee: Brunette) announce her sudden passing on Sunday, December 31, 2023 at the age of 73. Darlene will be lovingly remembered by her children, Tammy, Kyle (Stacey), Trevor (Maria); grandchildren, Danielle (Tucker), Meagan (Derrick), David (Ashley), Chrissy (Mitch), Taylor, Lacey; great-grandchildren, Fischer, Rylee, Olivia, Easton, Kinley; siblings, David, Robert, Kenneth; and numerous other family members and friends. It is with profound sadness that the family of Jonathan King announce his passing on December 16, 2023 at the age of 41. He is leaving behind his parents, Gerald and Marilyn King,;  and his sisters, Tara, Michelle, Denise and Kristen.  Jonathan was born on September 2, 1982 at the IWK hospital in Halifax, NS. He was raised in St. Georges NFLD and in Halifax, NS. He attended Halifax West High School. After some time, he decided to move to different provinces, including  Newfoundland, Ontario, and Alberta.
