Robert Selover of Edmonton, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2022 at the age of 89. Bob was generous and gentle, friendly and fun-loving. He made many long-lasting friendships both at work in the Edmonton Land Titles Office and at the Legion, where he was a member. Bob is also remembered as a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan. Bob was predeceased by two wives, Ella and Edna. He will be greatly missed by his special friend, Mary Bohuch; and his sister, Carrie Latinka. On January 21, 2022, Richard C Shaw of Edmonton, Alberta passed away at the age of 78 years. Richard is survived by wife, Norine Ferrell; children, Michael, and Kathryn; 5 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild. Richard was predeceased by parents, Ada and Albert Shaw; and sister, Ruth. Richard had a long distinguished career in service to Canada, in both the Canadian Armed Forces and the R.C.M.P, as well as a peace officer for Calgary Transit. Richard will also be missed by friends and colleagues at the Royal Canadian Legion. Private memorial at a later date.
