On December 6, 2021, it is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Daphne Cecilia De Luca (nee Zielke), at the age of 77 due to a lengthy illness. Daphne will be remembered for her love of family, animals, her passions for daytime soap operas, reading, puzzles and various card/board games.  She will be incredibly missed by all who knew her. It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of James (Jim) Moats. Jim grew up on the family farm just northeast of Regina, where he enjoyed getting together with cousins and extended family being with school friends, community softball, playing the piano, and other creative endeavors. After attending the University of Regina, Jim entered the workforce building houses for Muttart Homes and quickly moved into a purchasing position.
