It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of James (Jim) Moats. Jim grew up on the family farm just northeast of Regina, where he enjoyed getting together with cousins and extended family being with school friends, community softball, playing the piano, and other creative endeavors. After attending the University of Regina, Jim entered the workforce building houses for Muttart Homes and quickly moved into a purchasing position.
