It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of David Alexander Hutton, on January 5, 2023 in St. Albert, Alberta, with his children and his wife at his bedside, at the age of 75. David will be forever missed by his loving wife, Gloria; and his children and step-children, Marlie, Trina (Richard), Chris, Kelly, and Jason. He loved and was proud of his beautiful grand-children, Matthew, Nathan, Aaron, Zoe, Logan, and Brianna. It is with great sadness that the family announces Margaret’s death in her 87th year. She passed peacefully at home, after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family. She was predeceased by her parents, George Abram and Isabella Mary Reekie; and two brothers, Gordon Wright (Elsie), and George Melvin (Marion/Heather). On January 2, 2023, Elizabeth (aka Betty or Libby) Keddy, of Alberta passed away and went to be with her Lord and husband Jim. Born in Nictaux, Nova Scotia, she was the daughter of James C. Vidito and Corella D. Ernst Vidito. Betty was a loving wife to James, and mother to Kim Keddy, Pam (Don) Hill, Moosebrook and Robert (Betty) Keddy, and Coldbrook. Betty loved any time spent with her husband Jim and they both enjoyed being and working together. Mitchell Grotkowski-McGill passed away peacefully at the University of Alberta Hospital in Edmonton on December 16th, 2022. Mitchell Brent McGill was born in Kingston, Ontario on January 15, 1959. He grew up in Brockville, Ontario. Many memorable summers were spent at Charleston Lake doing what he loved: Swimming, boating, and waterskiing, while spending time with friends and family.
