It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our Mom, Elizabeth (Betty) Marshall. She will be sadly missed by her children, Jim (Barb), Greg (Monica), Susan, Brenda (Doug); her grandchildren, Bradley, Nicole, Erik (Jackie), Kristin (Kelly), Mathew (Candace), Jill, Leigh (Greg), Blaire (Dan), Haley (Tyler), as well as 10 great grandchildren. Sharon got her wings in the wee hours of March 19, 2021 with her cousin Janice by her side. Sharon Lee Dressler was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on March 16, 1960, along with her twin sister Shanon, to her loving parents Daniel & Irma Dressler. Sharon was loved from the moment she arrived as the fourth of five girls. Born in Saskatoon, SK, Dawn Smith trained as a registered nurse in Prince Albert, SK. She then took outpost training at the Charles Camsell Hospital in Edmonton, AB, before going north to Fort McPherson, NT, to open the nursing station in 1948. There, she met her future husband, Mike Zubko, whom she married in Aklavik, NT, on 02 December 1949. They resided in Aklavik until 1959, during which time they had five children. It is with sadness that the family advises of the death of our wife and Mother. Anne McAffer (Hogg) Weiss passed away March 10, 2021 of complications from COPD and associated Heart failure. Anne was born to Sarah and Walter Hogg in 1946 in Glasgow Scotland. The family immigrated to Medicine Hat, AB in 1957 where Anne met Eric and later married her high school sweetheart in 1966.
